Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys typically creates a lead for a contact that submits a landing page. Insights combine interactions made by all contacts that belong to that account.

Most insights displayed for a lead are the same as leads shown for contacts and are taken from the contact record associated with the current lead as previously described in Contact insights. One exception is the Overview tab. The tab tracks lead-specific information such as the lead's age (how long the record has been active) and its progress over time.

Note

Interaction records relate only to contact records and not lead to records. Most insights are only available for leads that are associated with a contact or an account record, which itself relates back to contact records. For more information, see Use leads to register and track expressions of interest.

To view lead insights, go to Marketing > Lead management > Leads, select a lead record, and then open the Insights tab.
