Account insights
There's little difference between most insights displayed for an account. They're the same for contacts as previously described in Contact insights. The subscription list, however, isn't provided. These insights represent the combined interactions of all contacts associated with the account. Contacts with that account listed as their Account name usually represent employees of that company.
To view account insights, go to Marketing > Customers > Accounts, select an account record, and then open the Insights tab.
