Webinars can be a key asset to your marketing portfolio. You can use one of the webinar providers preconfigured in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (Microsoft Teams or ON24) or you can build an integration to another webinar provider. After you complete the necessary configuration setup steps for your provider, you can create your virtual event. Once your event is set up, you'll be able to send invitations, manage registrations and check-ins and view the results all within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.
