It’s easy to incorporate Adobe Creative Cloud Express graphics and videos into the Microsoft applications that you use regularly in your teaching. You can quickly embellish the documents and presentations that you use in any class.

Share a Creative Cloud Express project to Word or PowerPoint

Once you’re ready to share your graphic, web page, or video created with Creative Cloud Express, hit the Share button and choose Publish, then choose Link from the share options and copy the shareable link.

You can then insert the link into a Microsoft Word or PowerPoint to allow anyone to view your project on a browser. You can also download graphic or video projects directly from Creative Cloud Express via the Download button.

You can then insert these images and video files directly into your favorite Microsoft Office applications to create beautiful custom headers in Word, or add video resources directly to a PowerPoint presentation, and much more. 

To import a downloaded Creative Cloud Express graphic into Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, select the Insert tab, select Pictures and This Device, then select your image.

In PowerPoint, you can also add a downloaded video in the same way by selecting the Insert tab, then selecting Video and This Device.
