FastTrack

FastTrack is a customer success service to help you implement and go live so that you can realize your business value faster. It is an onboarding program that is led by the product engineering team. With solution implementation, onboarding, and continued education, you can gain valuable insights.

You receive regular guidance on best practices and how to prepare for effective rollouts while engaging in the FastTrack program. Participants in the FastTrack program receive emails with implementation guidance and communications about their active FastTrack engagement. In addition to proactive guidance and ongoing workshops, FastTrack customers also learn ways to enable new users and expand capabilities at their own pace.

Dynamics 365 Migration Program

Begin migrating your on-premises solutions to the cloud with expert guidance from Microsoft through the Dynamics 365 Migration Program. With Dynamics 365, a set of cloud business applications, customers can start improving financial performance and streamlining operations.

The Dynamics 365 Migration Program enables on-premises customers to simplify and accelerate their move to the cloud. It offers end-to-end migration support, working directly with Microsoft advisors, and specialized migration partners. The migration program offers access to a dedicated team of migration advisors, no-charge migration assessments, pricing offers, tools, and migration support for qualified customers.

Currently, the program is available for all Dynamics AX and all Dynamics CRM customers.
