Create a customer journey template

You can create custom journey templates to match your campaign processes.

You can save any existing customer journey as a template by opening the journey and then selecting Save as template from the command bar. A flyout window will appear with key information that is prepopulated for you, such as Owner and Target. Review and update the Name field as needed and then select Save & Close.

To view, edit, delete, or create a new marketing email template, go to Outbound marketing > Marketing templates > Journey templates.

You might want to consider adding metadata tags (such as purpose) to help users locate this template in the template gallery. To add metadata tags, go to Outbound marketing > Marketing templates > Journey templates, select the appropriate journey, select the General tab, and then fill out the Purpose field.

After all changes have been made, save your changes.
