Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys comes with a marketing calendar that's friendly and responsive. With it, users can visualize marketing activities on a single calendar in a day, week, month, or year view.

The marketing calendar control lets marketers visualize a variety of marketing activities. All have a start and end date. With a mobile-friendly responsive control, users can view and, in some cases, create items on the calendar without leaving the page. The calendar resembles Microsoft Outlook in both appearance and use.

The calendar is provided as a control. With it, admins and customizers can add to and optimize for any form or entity in the system.

There are two basic types of marketing calendars: entity-level and form-level. Both calendar types are out-of-the-box. Entity-level calendars include events, customer journeys, and social postings. Form-level calendars, like events sessions, event room reservations, and speaker engagements.
