Review customer master data
Customer records are the master data for trade and finance. You can't sell products and collect revenues without customers.
The Customer Card page contains information that is required to sell products to a customer. It includes such identifying information as customer number, name, and address. The page also stores critical information for invoicing and payments like posting groups, TAX or VAT, prices and discounts, and payment terms.
You'll also find calculated information and statistics like balance, total sales, costs, and profits on the customer level.
