Set up calendars and resources
You need to set up calendars and resources in the Organization administration module prior to using the Production control module.
Resources are the physical equipment (referred to as the resources) that you can use to create finished items. Because capacity on resources is limited, you should also consider the time that the resources are available (their working times) when you're assessing the amount of time it takes to complete the item.
