Microsoft 365 Business Voice service description

Microsoft 365 Business Voice is a cloud-based telephony solution that offers phone system capabilities like call park, call forwarding, auto attendants, call queues, audio conferencing, and calling plans. Business Voice can be added to Office 365 and Microsoft 365 subscriptions that include Microsoft Teams (up to 300 licenses). You can choose from two Microsoft 365 Business Voice options:

  • Microsoft 365 Business Voice
  • Microsoft 365 Business Voice Without Calling Plan
