3.2.4.1 Sending Notifications to the Client

When events that the client has registered for occur, the server sends one or more RopNotify ROP responses (section 2.2.14.2). If not all queued RopNotify ROP responses can fit in the ROP output buffer, the server SHOULD<19> include a RopPending ROP response (section 2.2.14.3.1) in the ROP output buffer.
