Description: The primary_group element contains the SID that specifies the group of the entity to which the security descriptor is associated. This element MUST be present for the owner element, as specified in section 2.2.6. The value of this element is semantically the same as that specified for the Group member of the SECURITY_DESCRIPTOR structure in [MS-DTYP].
