Reset a user password or update your own password

If users forget their passwords, assign them a temporary password. They can use it the next time they sign in to Partner Center.

Reset a user password as an admin

  1. Go to Settings > User management.

  2. Select the user from the list.

  3. Choose Reset password, at the bottom of the page.

  4. You will see a confirmation screen with a temporary password for the new login. You must copy this and send it to the new user - it is not accessible after you leave the screen. When they first sign in, they will be prompted to update their password.

Reset your own password

  1. Sign into Partner Center. Then select your name at the top of the screen and select My profile.

  2. You can see your own roles, and see instructions for changing your password.
