Webstore manifest class

	Description	User defined description of the manifest.
	IsObjectExpired	Gets information about whether the given WebstoreObject is expired - dropped from WstConfig.(inherited from WebstoreObject)
	Key	Overridden. Key
	Name	Manifest Name
	PartitionCount	Count of number of partitions.
	PartitionType	Type of partitioning scheme
	Topology	Topology of the manifest (SingleMaster, Multimaster, etc.)
	Uid	Manifest Uid
	Version	Manifest Version.
