Step 4: Configure Log On Locally User Rights on Computer 2
To allow domain users to log on to the Supplier Solution Site, you should configure log on locally user rights on computer 2.
To configure log on locally user rights
- Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Local Security Policy.
- In Local Security Settings screen, expand Security Settings, expand Local Policies, and then click User Rights Assignment.
- In the Policy pane, double-click Log on locally.
- In Security Policy Setting dialog box, select the Define these policy settings check box, and then click Add.
- In the Add user or group pane, click Browse.
- In Select Users or Groups, select the domain from the Look in drop-down list.
- Under Name, select Domain Users, click Add, and then click OK.
- In Add user or group, click OK.
- In Security Policy Setting, click OK.
You have now configured log on locally user rights for the Domain Users account. Continue to Step 5: Install Server Software on Computer 2.
