ModelItem.PropertyChanged Event

Implements INotifyPropertyChanged. Use this event to listen for changes to the model. This is also used by the data binding features of WPF.

Remarks
Disconnect events from items when you are finished with them. Otherwise you may prevent the garbage collector from disposing an item that is no longer in use.
