This class does the following actions:

• Creates the dialog concerning the inventory closing.

• Creates a record in the table InventCostList for each item that has to be calculated.

• Creates a record in the table InventClosing to control that an inventory closing is under progress.

• Starts an instance of InventCostHelp in order to calculate items in the InventCostList.
