The RestoreHistory method restores the entire metabase from a set of history files that are periodically created by IIS. You can only use history files that were created on the same computer.

Parameters

  • pszMDHistoryLocation
    [in] Absolute path of the folder that contains the metabase history files.

  • pdwMDMajorVersion
    [in] The major version number of the enumerated history files.

  • pdwMDMinorVersion
    [in] The minor version number of the enumerated history files.

  • dwMDFlags
    [in] Reserved. Must be zero.
