Schedule automatic rest stops

  1. On the Route menu, click More Options.
  2. On the Profile tab under Automatic rest stops, select the Stop for check box.
  3. Type or select the number of minutes that you would like each rest stop to be, and then in the far right box, select the amount of time that you would like between rest stops.
  4. Click OK.

Note  If you have already created a route, Microsoft MapPoint automatically changes the driving directions to include these new rest stops.
