To save changes to one Web page

To save changes to all Web pages

Notes

If your Web page includes the map view, changing the map view in MapPoint will not affect the map view on your Web page. To change the map view on a saved Web page, navigate the map to get the view that you want, on the File menu click Save as Web Page, make the selections you want, and then save the Web page with the same file name and location as the original Web page.

Changes do not need to be saved to the map file to be saved to the Web page. For example, you can show or hide Pushpin balloons, save the change to a Web page, and then click Undo  Undo button on the Standard toolbar or close the map file without saving changes.

You can also open your saved Web page in an HTML editor, such as Microsoft FrontPage, or a text editor, such as Notepad, to make changes such as moving elements of the page or changing styles. However, if you subsequently open and change the Web page in MapPoint, any changes you made in the other program are overwritten. If you want to continue using MapPoint to modify the Web page, you can always create a Web page in other programs that point to the elements saved to the MapPoint Web page.
