Components of the Media State Aggregation Service

The media state aggregation service (MSAS) includes the following files:

• Ehmediastatus.idl, the interface definition file for the COM component that supplies media status information.
• C++ code to build FileWriter.dll, a sample component that retrieves media status information and writes it to a file. For more information, see Using FileWriter.
