Returns configuration information about a conference center, including options that were introduced in Live Meeting 2005 and later.

Remarks

ProviderList is an element introduced in Live Meeting 2005. ProviderList should be ignored if you are not a Conferencing Service Provider (CSP). CSP in this case stands for a provider of the audio portion of the Live Meeting Service.

In addition to supporting the options that are available in the OptionList element of GetConferencingServiceDataReply, the OptionList element of GetConferencingServiceData7Reply Element can also contain the following options.

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, allows administrators to set a custom frame for their conference center.

allowEnableAudioBroadcast

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, computer audio broadcasting has been enabled by an Administrator for the conference center.

allowEnableAudioVOIP

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, computer audio conferencing has been enabled by an Administrator for the conference center.

allowEnableCALLME

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, allows administrators to enable the Join Conference feature for conference centers that have an integrated audio conferencing provider.

allowEnableLobby

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

Enables or disables the Meeting Lobby feature to be available to all organizers.

allowEnableRecording

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, allows organizers to use the enableRecording option.

allowFastLobbyJoin

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, allows an Office Communicator user to join a Meet Now meeting and bypass a presenter's meeting lobby.

This option is overridden by forceExtendedRegistrationwhen an Administrator has set forceExtendedRegistration to True.

allowedFileExtensions

StringOption. Length range 1-255 characters.

Determines the file extensions allowed by the conference service. The value of this option is a comma-separated list of file extensions. For the list of file extensions, see Option Remarks that follows this table.

allowRecordingDownload

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If set to False, only the owner can download the recording. If set to True, anyone who can view the recording can download it.

allowVideoEnable

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, video is allowed on this conference center.

complexMeetingKeys

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, meeting keys must meet complexity requirements.

If True, user passwords must meet complexity requirements.

contentDeleteTimeAmount

EnumerationOption. Value range 1-1440.

Specifies the number of units of time before a meeting along with its content is deleted. It can be overridden by an organizer for a meeting or his default as indicated in the description for the enforceContentDelete option.

contentDeleteTimeType

EnumerationOption. Value range [minute | hour | day | month].

Specifies the units of time used to interpret contentDeleteTimeAmount.

customFrame

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

The value indicates whether custom frames are allowed on the meeting console.

digitRequiredInKey

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, requires at least one numeric character in meeting keys and user passwords.

ecrAnnotationsPrivilegeDefault

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

The value of the User option, ecrAnnotationsPrivilege is defaulted to this value if not set when a user is created.

If True, a user as meeting Organizer can specify the Annotations modality is available to meeting attendees.

ecrChatPrivilegeDefault

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

The value of the User option, ecrChatPrivilege is defaulted to this value if not set when a user is created.

If True, a user as meeting Organizer can specify the Chat modality is available to meeting attendees.

ecrHandoutsPrivilegeDefault

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

The value of the User option, ecrHandoutsPrivilege is defaulted to this value if not set when a user is created.

If True, a user as meeting Organizer can specify the Handout modality is available to meeting attendees.

ecrQAPrivilegeDefault

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

The value of the User option, ecrQAPrivilege is defaulted to this value if not set when a user is created.

If True, a user as meeting Organizer can specify the Question and Answer modality is available to meeting attendees.

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

The value of the User option, ecrSharednotesPrivilege is defaulted to this value if not set when a user is created.

If True, a user as meeting Organizer can specify the Shared notes modality is available to meeting attendees.

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

The value of the User option, ecrTextpagePrivilege is defaulted to this value if not set when a user is created.

If True, a user as meeting Organizer can specify the Text page modality is available to meeting attendees.

ecrWhiteboardPrivilegeDefault

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

The value of the User option, ecrWhiteboardPrivilege is defaulted to this value if not set when a user is created.

If True, a user as meeting Organizer can specify the Whiteboard modality is available to meeting attendees.

enableAudioBroadcast

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, the conference center has been licensed to use computer audio broadcasting.

enableAudioVOIP

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, the conference center has been licensed to use computer audio conferencing.

enableFileTransfer

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

Enables or disables an account to use the file transfer facility in a meeting. You can use this setting to upload a file to a meeting space. These files can be downloaded in the same native format as they had been uploaded.

If True, file transfers are allowed. If False, file transfers are not allowed.

enableVideo

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If set to True, administrator has enabled video on the conference center.

Added in Live Meeting service API Update for Live Meeting 2007.

enforceContentDelete

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

Enables meeting and meeting-content deletion based on the contentDeleteTimeAmount and contentDeleteTimeType options. If True, all new and modified meetings along with their content expire. The expiration duration is determined by the values of the contentDeleteTimeAmount and contentDeleteTimeType options. However, the organizer can override this expiration duration with a lower value for a meeting or the organizers default. The organizer is not able to disable the meeting expiration in this case.

If False, new meetings do not expire and the organizer can update a previously scheduled meeting and set it not to expire. The organizer can also enable expiration and set a finite expiration duration for a meeting. The organizers default settings can be set in this way as well. Newly scheduled meeting expiration values are filled from the organizer default values.

fastLobbyStaticUsername

StringOption. Length range 1-255 characters.

When set, this string value is assigned to an Office Communicator user entering a Meet Now meeting and bypassing a presenter's meeting lobby. If not set, the user does not bypass the meeting lobby and is asked to supply a name.

forceExtendedRegistration

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, enforces an Extended Registration policy for all meetings on a Conference Center.

keyMinLength

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, enforces a minimum length for meeting keys and user passwords.

lcaseRequiredInKey

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, requires at least one lowercase character in meeting keys and passwords.

namesDisallowedInKey

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, does not allow names in meeting names, meeting keys, or user names in user passwords.

onlyMeetingKeysGeneratedByServerAreValid

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, overwrites audiencePassword and presenterPassword with random strings. If this is the case, you must check your code to retrieve the final keys used for the meeting.

personalRecordingEnabled

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, recording is enabled to the participant's computer.

publishHFF

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

If True, the conference center allows recordings to be published in the High Fidelity Presentation recording format.

Deprecated. The return value will always be True

publishHFFUserDefault

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

Specifies the default value of the publishHFFUserDefault option for new users if the user role has the ManageRecording option set to Full. For all other privilege options, publishHFFUserDefault is returned as False.

recordingExpirationEnabled

BooleanOption. Value range [True | False].

Enables recording expiration based on the recordingExpirationTimeAmount and recordingExpirationTimeType options.

If True, all new and modified recordings expire. The expiration duration is determined by the values of the recordingExpirationTimeAmount and recordingExpirationTimeType options. However, the organizer can override this expiration duration with a lower value for a recording or use the organizers default. The organizer is not able to disable recording expiration in this case.

If False, new recordings do not expire and the organizer can update a previously published recording and set it not to expire. The organizer can also choose to enable expiration and set a finite expiration duration for a recording. The organizers default settings can be set in this way as well. Newly published recording expiration values are filled from the organizer default values.
