GrooveMembers.ExitTool Operation

The ExitTool operation marks the current user as being inactive in the specified tool. This informs other members of the workspace that the user is currently inactive in the tool.

HTTP Post URL

The HTTP Post URL targets a GrooveMembers service for a tool. This URI is provided by the GrooveTools.Read operation in the MembersURI element.

Input Message Header

GrooveRequestHeader specifies information common to all Groove Web Services, including the Groove Identity URL and the Groove Request key.

Input Message Parameters

None.

Output Message Header

GrooveResponseHeader specifies the Response key.

Return Value

None.

Remarks

The SOAP client should mark the current user as inactive in the specified tool before it marks the user inactive in the tool's workspace.
