Reads an informationCard from a given XmlReader.

Parameters

reader
XmlReader from which the InformationCard is read.

Token Resolver used to resolver the signing token.

An InformationCard instance.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
ArgumentNullException	The input parameter is null.
InformationCardException	The XmlReader is not well formed.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
