ServiceConfiguration.Initialize Method

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Updates properties in the SecurityTokenHandlerConfiguration objects for the SecurityTokenHandlerCollection objects contained in SecurityTokenHandlerCollectionManager to be consistent with the property values on this ServiceConfiguration instance.

If this method is invoked more than once.

Remarks

This method should be invoked prior to using token handlers for token processing. ConfigureServiceHost(ServiceHostBase) calls this method. ServiceConfiguration calls this method after raising the ServiceConfigurationCreated event.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
