ServiceConfiguration Constructor (String)

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Initializes a new instance of the ServiceConfiguration class.

If this constructor is called then a Microsoft.IdentityModel configuration section with the provided name must exist in the configuration file.
