Microsoft Japanese IME Name/Place Dictionary

The Microsoft Japanese IME Name/Place Dictionary component contains an Input Method Editor (IME) dictionary that is used by the Microsoft Japanese IME Core component to extend the Kana-to-Kanji conversion capability of personal and place names. This mechanism allows users to enter personal names and place names that are not included in the Microsoft Japanese IME Standard Dictionary component.

Settings

This dictionary is disabled by default. To use this dictionary, the user must enable it. To enable the dictionary, the user must open the dictionary tab on the property dialog of the IME or refer to the Help topic of the dictionary tab on the runtime system.
