Determines a second offset. Read/write. VgVector2D.
<v: element offset2=" expression ">
The default for a second offset for the x value is 0 and the default for the y value is 0. Values are either an absolute measurement, or a fractional value of shape. If fractional, the values range from 50% to -50%.
Use a second offset to create special shadow effects. See the Type attribute for more information about second offsets.
