Retourne les symboles de déclaration source dont le nom répond au prédicat donné.

GetSymbolsWithName(String, SymbolFilter, CancellationToken)

Retourne les symboles de déclaration source dont le nom correspond au nom fourni. Cela sera plus rapide que GetSymbolsWithName(Func<String,Boolean>, SymbolFilter, CancellationToken) lorsque le prédicat n’est qu’une simple vérification de chaîne. name respecte la casse.
