Message Search Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to find and select the node for a specific message in Messages View. To display this dialog box, move the focus to a Messages view window. Then choose Find Message from the Search menu.

The following settings are available:

Finder Tool The drag and drop tool used to select a window.

Hide Spy++ Removes the main Spy++ window and leaves the MessageSearch dialog box visible on top of your other applications.

Handle The unique ID of the message to search for.

Type The message type to search for.

Message The message ID to search for.

Search Direction Up or Down The initial direction of the search.
