Create deviceCustomAttributeShellScript

runAsAccount runAsAccountType Indicates the type of execution context. Possible values are: system, user.
fileName String Script file name.
roleScopeTagIds String collection List of Scope Tag IDs for this PowerShellScript instance.

If successful, this method returns a 201 Created response code and a deviceCustomAttributeShellScript object in the response body.
