Commenti

IsLoopback restituisce true se l'URI specificato quando questa istanza è stata creata è stata 127.0.0.1, loopback o localhost o se l'URI non specifica le informazioni host, ad esempio file:///c:Dir/file.txt. Tutti gli altri URI restituiscono false.
