Usare la ItemTemplate proprietà per definire un'interfaccia utente personalizzata per visualizzare gli elementi di dati. Il ItemTemplate modello è richiesto dal ListView controllo . In genere contiene controlli per visualizzare i valori dei campi di un record. Se si desidera consentire agli utenti di modificare i dati, in genere si aggiungono pulsanti al modello che consentono all'utente ItemTemplate di selezionare un record, passare alla modalità di modifica o eliminare un record.

Per specificare il modello personalizzato in modo dichiarativo, aggiungere un ItemTemplate elemento all'interno del ListView controllo . È quindi possibile aggiungere il contenuto del modello all'elemento ItemTemplate . Per visualizzare i valori di campo dell'origine dati associata al controllo, utilizzare un'espressione di associazione dati. Per creare pulsanti che eseguono le operazioni predefinite di selezione, eliminazione e modifica, aggiungere un controllo pulsante al modello. Impostare la relativa CommandName proprietà su uno dei valori elencati nella tabella seguente.
