Outlook 予定表 API を使用して、会議に招待された人が参加 URL を選択し、Microsoft Teams または Skype でオンライン会議に参加できるイベントを整理します。

オンライン会議プロバイダーをサポートしている組織では、管理者は Outlook の予定表を設定して、これらのプロバイダーを使用する会議をサポートするようにできます。これらのプロバイダーのいずれかを既定のプロバイダーとして使用します。 Outlook ではイベントを作成または更新することができ、サポートされているプロバイダーを使用して出席者がオンライン会議に参加できるように設定できます。会議に参加するための URL など、イベントのオンライン会議情報の取得は簡単に行えます。

予定表とオンライン会議プロバイダー

次のいずれかのオンライン会議プロバイダーをサポートする組織では、Outlook の予定表を設定してオンラインでの会議の開催を有効にできます。

Microsoft 365 business または Enterprise スイートの一部として入手した Microsoft Teams
Skype
Skype for Business (Microsoft Teamsによって上書きされたもの)

会議を作成して出席者がオンラインで会議に参加できるようにすることができます。これを行うには isOnlineMeeting を true に設定し、onlineMeetingProvider を親の予定表でサポートされているいずれかのプロバイダーに設定します。次の例では、サインインしているユーザーの既定の予定表で会議を作成し、出席者が Microsoft Teams 経由で会議に参加できるようにします。応答には、イベントの他、onlineMeeting プロパティで指定されたオンライン会議情報が含まれます。

注:

オンラインで会議を有効にすると、Microsoft Graph により会議情報が onlineMeeting に設定されます。この結果、onlineMeetingProvider プロパティを変更することも、isOnlineMeeting を false に設定してオンラインで会議を無効にすることもできなくなります。

出席者と開催者は、isOnlineMeeting プロパティを使用して、イベントでオンライン参加が有効になっているかどうかを確認できます。 onlineMeetingProvider プロパティを使用すると会議プロバイダーを特定でき、joinUrl を含む接続情報は onlineMeeting プロパティを使用して特定できます。
