Overview

The Overview section is divided into the following pages:

  • Versions – View your current app version and determine if a newer version is available for your organization. This area also provides you with a path to manage and update your application. For more information, see What's new in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.

  • Settings - Overview of all platform settings that are related to the application.

  • Quota limits – Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys sets organization-level quotas for the maximum number of marketable contact records, Litmus previews, and monthly marketing email messages that you can send. Other quotas might also apply. The Quota limits page shows the total quota levels that you have purchased and how much of each quota that your organization already has. For more information, see Quota limits.

  • Add-ons - Add-ons are optional components that can be installed on your Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys instance. Add-ons extend or further improve the default functionality of a specific area. For more information, see Install add-ons.

  • Usage limits – Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys relies on shared cloud resources for data and processing. This policy defines the limits for resource usage per org. These limits ensure that other tenants' performance isn't affected and resources are evenly distributed. For more information, see Service limits and fair use policy.

  • Feature switches – Use the Feature switches page to enable or disable both optional and preview features in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys along with several AI features that are provided in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.
