The Lead management section of the Settings work area allows you to define settings related to outbound marketing lead scoring, lead matching, and LinkedIn Lead generation functionality.

Scoring configuration

Use the Lead scoring page in the Settings work area to configure a few basic options that control how automatic lead scoring works on your instance.

To view or edit a scoring configuration page, open the Settings work area and go to Lead management > Scoring configuration.

Form matching

The Form matching page of the Settings work area is where you can create matching strategies to define how form submissions are matched to existing contacts or leads. The strategies are necessary when you are deciding to update an existing record or create a new one.

To access matching strategies for outbound marketing, open the Settings work area and go to Lead management > Form matching (outbound marketing).

Lead matching strategies and LinkedIn field mapping

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys includes a connector for LinkedIn Lead Gen. You can use this feature to determine how people are interacting with your marketing initiatives on LinkedIn.
