Exercise - Create your first Health Bot instance

This unit walks you through the creation of your first Azure Health Bot instance.

Important

You'll need an Azure account to complete these steps. If you don't have an Azure subscription, create a free account before you begin.

  1. Sign in to your account and go to the Azure portal.

  2. In the global search, look for Health Bot and then select Azure Health Bot.

  3. On the Health Bot management pane, select Create to create a Health Bot instance.

  4. Follow the steps in the resource creation wizard, and provide the required details for your new Health Bot resource.

    You can optionally add tags to the resource. Select Review + create, and then select Create after validation is complete.

  5. Wait a few minutes for the creation process to finish. When the resource is ready, select Go to resource.

  6. In the resource's Overview pane, select the Management portal link to discover the available functionality and start authoring custom scenarios for your bot.
