Capturing feedback by using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice is an effective way to gather responses and to review and analyze the details that you are given. You can create surveys within the container of a project. Though you can have one survey for each project, you can use the project folder to combine multiple surveys. Combining multiple surveys will combine reporting, which will make it easier for you to get a broader overview of customer feedback for a specific department or aspect within an organization.

The project can also contain satisfaction metrics, which you can define to track for individual surveys inside. Moreover, you can combine the satisfaction metrics for analysis at the project level. The project is also home to email templates, flows within Microsoft Power Automate, and survey response reports. Whenever a new project is created in Customer Voice, it will be populated into Microsoft Dataverse, making it visible from within a model-driven app from Microsoft Power Apps. All related surveys, email templates, and satisfaction metrics are also populated within Dataverse with a direct link back to its parent project.

This module explains how to add projects to Dynamics 365 Customer Voice. Additionally, you will learn how to copy surveys from one project to another, and how to copy projects through to different Dataverse environments. Sharing projects is simple to do, and it will help you to better collaborate with colleagues.
