Uwagi

Konstruktor bez parametrów tworzy nowe wystąpienie WebClient klasy. Domyślną metodą HTTP jest GET. Domyślną metodą FTP jest RETR. Wartość domyślna Encoding to Default. Wartość domyślna AllowAutoRedirect to true.
