2.2.3.19.2 Certificate (ValidateCert)

The Certificate element is a required child element of the Certificates element and the CertificateChain element in ValidateCert command requests that contains the X509 certificate BLOB that is encoded with base64 encoding. The Certificate element is an optional child element of the ValidateCert element in ValidateCert command responses that contains the status of the certificate validation.
