实现 IParameterInspector 接口，以创建自定义参数检查器，该检查器可在客户端或服务应用程序进行调用之前和之后，查看和修改调用的内容。

对于来自客户端的出站调用，该检查器是在请求内容序列化并发送到服务之前调用的。同时，还会在响应消息被反序列化之后，但在将返回值调度到代理方法之前，调用该检查器。

对于到服务的入站调用，该检查器是在反序列化参数之后、但在这些参数调度到服务操作之前调用的。

使用 ClientOperation.ParameterInspectors 或 DispatchOperation.ParameterInspectors 属性，以为特定操作将 IParameterInspector 实现添加到检查器集合。
