ContentLocator，包含要与此 ContentLocatorPart 进行比较的 ContentLocator 元素的列表。

如果此 ContentLocatorPart 中的 ContentLocator 元素的起始序列与指定 locator 中的那些元素的起始序列匹配，则为 true；否则为 false。

locator 为 null。

StartsWith返回true此元素的ContentLocatorPart起始序列与指定locator元素的ContentLocator起始序列匹配。

StartsWithfalse如果指定的locator元素包含ContentLocatorPart不同的元素（按不同顺序或大于此ContentLocator顺序）。
