现有设计器的父设计器。 如果 ActivityDesigner 是根设计器，则返回的 CompositeActivityDesigner 将为 SequentialWorkflowRootDesigner；否则 ActivityDesigner 将为父 ActivityDesigner。

可以使用 ParentDesigner 上移嵌套的 ActivityDesigner 对象树或查找根设计器。
