ItemTemplate使用 屬性，在控制項處於唯讀模式時 FormView ，為數據列定義您自己的使用者介面 (UI) 。 專案範本通常包含控制項來顯示記錄的域值，以及用來編輯、插入和刪除記錄的命令按鈕。
若要指定自訂範本，請先在控制項的 FormView 開頭和結束記號之間放置 <ItemTemplate> 標記。 然後，您可以在開頭和結尾 <ItemTemplate> 標記之間列出範本的內容。 若要顯示系結至 控制項之資料來源的域值，請使用資料系結運算式。 如需資料系結運算式的詳細資訊，請參閱 資料系結運算式語法。 若要建立執行內建刪除、編輯和新記錄作業的命令按鈕，請將命令按鈕控制項新增至範本，並將其 CommandName 屬性設定為下表所列的其中一個值。
