error while attempting to start virtual machine ...failed to change state.
machine was shutdown before memory volume was increased.

also, check point operation failing

    Hi，

    machine was shutdown before memory volume was increased.

    What does "memory volume" mean? Hyper V host volume used for page file?

    Does the issue occur on one VM or all VMs on the Hyper V host?

    Please try to use the VHD file of the VM to create a new VM, check if we can start the new VM.
