@Jürgen Rothböck
I aggree with cooldadtx, please make sure the architecture for Microsoft 365 apps and the Visio 2019 Professional is 64 bit.
You may go to Control Panel, take a screenshot of all Microsoft Products, and share it with us.
If it is indeed 64-bit, I suggest you uninstall Micorosft 365 apps, restart your PC, then install Visio first, and then install Microsoft 365 apps later.
If it still does not work, I need to collect more information.
- how did you install Visio 2019 Professional and Microsoft 365 apps?
- Where did you get the installation content for Visio 2019 Professional?
- Could you please tell us what's the version of your Microsoft 365 apps? Such as Microsoft 365 apps for Home & Student.
- Besides, is Visio 2019 Professional retailed or volume licensed version?
Maybe you could try to install them together via ODT and configuration file, but to do it, we need the detailed information of above questions.
Looking forward to your reply.
