Unable to install Visio 2019 Professional (64-bit) with Office 365 (64-bit) on Windows 10

I have Windows 10 Home with Office 365 (64-bit). Now I got the Error-Message on Windows 10, that Visio could not be installed mixed with 32-bit and 64-bit versions. But I don't have a 32-bit version. Where is the problem? Can anybody help?

    @Jürgen Rothböck
    I aggree with cooldadtx, please make sure the architecture for Microsoft 365 apps and the Visio 2019 Professional is 64 bit.
    You may go to Control Panel, take a screenshot of all Microsoft Products, and share it with us.

    If it is indeed 64-bit, I suggest you uninstall Micorosft 365 apps, restart your PC, then install Visio first, and then install Microsoft 365 apps later.

    If it still does not work, I need to collect more information.

    • how did you install Visio 2019 Professional and Microsoft 365 apps?
    • Where did you get the installation content for Visio 2019 Professional?
    • Could you please tell us what's the version of your Microsoft 365 apps? Such as Microsoft 365 apps for Home & Student.
    • Besides, is Visio 2019 Professional retailed or volume licensed version?

    Maybe you could try to install them together via ODT and configuration file, but to do it, we need the detailed information of above questions.
    Looking forward to your reply.

    You cannot install both Office x86 and Office x64 on the same machine as covered here.

    It sounds like maybe you accidentally mixed versions. Verify the installer for Visio is actually the x64 version. For Office 365 that is already installed go to File\Account and verify it says you're using the 64-bit version.

    Given your specific error it seems like that is the case but I'll also point out that Office 365 requires that Visio be installed through the same update channel otherwise it will not allow the installation as well. This is discussed in the supported scenarios documentation. Specifically there is a note about 365/Visio 2019 requiring a specific update for it to work. Not sure if it matters in your case though.
