Issue with Certification Renewal in Microsoft Learn

Question

I took the Renewal Exam for Messaging Associate and passed. I ended up getting an email from MS saying that I still need to take the test. It even shows on my profile that I renewed on 4/18/22. Can MS please fix this issue. I have seen in some of the forums where this is happening to others as well.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

I posted in one of the other forums you mentioned already. I just wanted to see if anyone had the same issue since I wasn't getting any answers other then post in the correct forum. Guess I won't get an answer. This is why I don't participate in the forums. People are too helpful to point out what you've seemingly done wrong rather than actually help.

Funny. I was brought to this forum via the Microsoft Learn pages. It was direct link to ask questions about issues with certification page within Microsoft Learn. Why would I be brought to these forums via Microsoft's own Learn pages if I was not supposed to go here?

Really, I'm dumb. I do not understand.
