Use LinkedIn profile to apply for a job

Providing relevant information about themselves is one of the largest hurdles that candidates must go through when applying for jobs. Completing multiple forms is tedious and might lead to qualified candidates dropping off before application submission. Using Apply with LinkedIn, candidates will now be able to easily use their full LinkedIn profile to auto-fill applications for jobs within the Attract career site. This capability streamlines the application for the candidate and removes one of the largest barriers that candidates face when applying.

This feature enables candidates to:

  • Apply to a job posting in the Attract career site using LinkedIn profile data.

  • Add/modify the data synced from a LinkedIn profile before submitting the application.

This feature enables recruiters to:

  • View and engage with candidates who started to apply to a job posting in the Attract career site but did not submit the application.
