Before you can add a logo or other image to your Voice of the Customer for Dynamics 365 survey, you need to upload the images to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
From the menu, go to Voice of the Customer for Dynamics 365 > Images.
Fill out the Name and Image Title fields.
Click Save to save the record so you can upload an image and add other information.
Under Custom Icon, in the Upload your image to remote server field, click Browse…, select the image you want to upload, and then click Submit.
Click the Save button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
