必要條件Prerequisites

當您建立專案或新增小組時,會自動建立面板。Boards are automatically created when you create a project or add a team. 每個小組都可以存取自己的產品和組合面板,如「 關於小組和敏捷式工具」中所述。Each team has access to their own product and portfolio boards as described in About teams and Agile tools.

1. 對應小組運作方式的流程1. Map the flow of how your team works

看看的是指 signboard 或佈告欄。 Kanban literally means signboard or billboard. 第一個步驟是自訂您的面板,以對應至小組的運作方式。As a first step, you customize your board to map to how your team works.

Kanban, assign items

4. 監視計量和微調4. Monitor metrics and fine tune

如同大部分的敏捷式作法,看起來會鼓勵監視關鍵計量來微調您的流程。As with most Agile practices, Kanban encourages monitoring key metrics to fine tune your processes. 在您的小組使用了數周的儀表板面板之後,請查看您的累計流程圖 (CFD) 。After your team has used the Kanban board for several weeks, check out your Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD).

啟用即時更新Enable live updates

啟用即時更新,以在發生變更時自動重新整理您的儀表板面板。Enable live updates to automatically refresh your Kanban board when changes occur. 啟用即時更新之後,您就不再需要按 F5 來查看最新的變更。With live updates enabled, you no longer have to press F5 to see the latest changes.

選擇 [ 視圖選項] 圖示,並將 [ 即時更新 ] 的滑杆移至 [開啟]。

當某個小組成員更新工作專案的狀態時,其他小組成員會在這些更新發生時即時看到這些更新。As one team member updates the status of a work item, other team members will see those updates in real time as they occur.
